Our services are totally free to you - it will cost you nothing. If you had a road traffic accident that was not your fault we can help you... Once Thomas Assist has established the accident is not your fault we provide the following services at no cost to you - all costs are claimed from the fault party's insurer.
Fault
If you are at fault and would like your repair to be undertaken by Thomas Assist we can report your accident to your insurers and nominate Thomas Assist for the repair.
Vehicle
We can despatch a replacement vehicle to you immediately, we will aim to match your current vehicle as closely as possible as our fleet of commercial vehicles and cars includes a wide range of different makes and models.
No Excess
Even if the accident is not your fault your insurance company if instructed to handle your claim may make you pay your excess - by using Thomas Assist you will not pay your excess.
Suffered Personal Injury
If you have a personal injury, loss of earnings or additional expenses due to a no fault accident and wish to bring a claim against the third party we will help manage this claim through a dedicated expert legal team. Call us with your details and we will arrange for the legal team.
