Vehicle Service Admin Assistant

Location: Birmingham

Job Type: Full time (flexible hours may be considered)

Due to successful growth at Thomas’s Group we are currently expanding our team. Our busy service desk requires a vehicle service admin assistant.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Book vehicles in for services/ maintenance repairs

- Arrange vehicle repairs

- Ensuring inspection of vehicles meets DVSA standards

- Arranging MOT’s

- Preparing job cards

- Ordering vehicle parts and accessories

- Providing customers with repair/service updates

- You may be required to perform various adhoc duties

Role requirements:

- Professional telephone manner

- Good organisational/communication skills

- Must be competent with administration duties and paperwork
