Its the 3rd of November which is #NationalStressAwarenessDay , Christmas is soon approaching and for a lot of industries (especially transport) this is a hectic time of year. For some this may be a quiet time of year, either way the run up to Christmas can be stressful for a lot of people.
In aid of #NationalStressAwarenessDay we decided to put together a few tips that may help you when your stress levels hit an all time high.
S= Stop what you are doing.
T= Take a break
R= Reflect on what you are trying to accomplish
E= Exhale -Take a deep breath !
S= Sit back and relax
S = Start again :)
Remember to get enough sleep! Factors such as sleep deprivation, hunger and even dehydration can all contribute towards stress.
